Please complete payment within 7 days of receiving the order confirmation email.
Cancellation, Return and Exchange Policy
(1) Cancellation: You may cancel your order before a shipment confirmation email is sent. Please contact us at store@fareastteacompany.com to request cancellation.
(2) Returns after delivery: We accept returns or exchanges only if the product is defective or if the wrong item was delivered. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
(3) We cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges in the following cases:
- Products that have been opened or used
- More than 7 days have passed since delivery
- Products damaged or soiled by the customer
- Products missing their original packaging (box, case, etc.)
- Custom-made, engraved, or personalized products
- Products marked as non-returnable on the product page
- Food and tea products (for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns after opening)
(4) Return shipping costs: If the product is defective or the wrong item was sent, we will cover return shipping. For customer-initiated returns, the customer bears the shipping cost.
(5) International orders: For orders shipped outside Japan, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility in all cases. Customs duties, import taxes, and any fees incurred during the return process are also the customer's responsibility. Please contact us before returning international orders.
Delivery Timeframe
Orders are shipped within 10 days of payment confirmation. Made-to-order and pre-order items are shipped within 90 days.
