Cancellation, Return and Exchange Policy
Cancellation: You may cancel your order at any time before a shipment confirmation email is sent. Please contact us at store@fareastteacompany.com to request cancellation.
Returns after delivery: We accept returns or exchanges only if the product is defective or if the wrong item was delivered. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
Food and tea products: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of food and tea products after opening.
Non-returnable items: Opened/used products, items past 7 days from delivery, customer-damaged items, products without original packaging, custom-made or engraved products, and items marked non-returnable on the product page.
Return shipping: We cover return shipping for defective or incorrectly shipped products. For all other returns, the customer bears the shipping cost.
