Made by Shinko Kinzoku in Tsubame, Niigata — one of Japan's most respected metalworking regions — this copper kettle by AZMAYA carries genuine material character. Copper conducts heat well, has natural antibacterial properties, and tends to mellow the taste of chlorinated tap water over time. The interior is tin-lined for safe everyday use, while the outer surface begins as a lively reddish-copper tone and gradually mellows into the kind of burnished amber that only comes from years of use.
