茶海/湯冷まし 中

まずは急須へお湯を入れてから茶海へお湯を移すと、約20度ほど温度が下がります。 茶海はピッチャーとしても使え、湯呑に入れる前に茶海にお茶を出すと、濃度が均一になります。
中国茶版の湯冷ましといえばわかりやすいでしょうか。
