切立 湯冷まし (白練)

湯冷ましは、その名の通りお茶を入れるための湯を冷ます道具。
いつものお茶でも急須と湯冷ましを使って淹れると、また違う味わいを楽しめるかもしれません。玉露や上質な煎茶は、50～80度ぐらいに冷ましたお湯でゆっくり抽出することで、旨味と甘みを引き出せます。季節にもよりますが、お湯を湯冷ましに入れると、10秒ほどで温度が10～15度ほど下がります。

湯冷ましとしてだけでなく、片口として、お料理の器としても使え、質素で自然な土の質感が、料理を引き立てます。
きめ細かい土を、しっかりと焼しめているので、吸水性はなく、におい移りを心配せずにお使いいただけます。

白練の土は、大正時代から昭和にかけて萬古焼でよく使われていた、「白泥（グレージュがかった白）」を2019年に復刻した南景製陶園のオリジナル配合です。

• Please use a neutral detergent for cleaning. Do not use sponges with abrasives, metal scrubbers, cleansers, etc. There is a risk of damaging the vessel.
• As the raw material is porcelain clay containing iron powder, black spots may appear on the surface, but please enjoy it as a texture of the product.
• This product uses the texture of the soil as it is. Easy to get oil stains, but you can get off the stains by rubbing with scrubbing brush and neutral detergent.
• You can keep it in the refrigerator/freezer, but sudden temperature changes may cause damage. Please handle with care.
