鉄鉢 急須 底網 (黒練)

托鉢僧侶が持つ鉄の鉢を想い、形作られた急須。50年以上前から作られ続けている、南景製陶園の定番の形状。凛とした佇まいで、古くから愛され続けています。

陶土は鉄分を多く含み、昔から急須用に配合されている土。釉薬をかけずに鉄分が黒くなる方法で焼しめています。内側に釉薬をかけないことで、その表面の細かな凹凸が、お茶の渋みを程よく緩和し、まろやかで美味しく変化させます。使い込むほどに表情を少しずつ変え、色合いが豊かになります。

急須の底全体に目の細かい「18-8ステンレス製の網」が付いており、細かい茶葉でも目詰まりせず茶湯の通りがスムーズ。また、底網と急須の間に空間があり、残り湯に茶葉が浸らないため、二煎目以降も美味しくお茶を淹れることができます。また、お手入れも「軽く洗い流すだけ」と簡単。毎日ご使用になる方は、半年に一度の漂白を推奨いたします。

Stainless Steel Net Kyusu & Normal Strainer Kyusu

• When washing with a dishwasher, it may be damaged depending on the usage conditions. We recommend that you wash your hands individually.
• Rinse the used tea leaves with water or hot water, drain well and dry. Occasionally it is more hygienic to dry in the sun light.
• If you're worried about tea stain, soak it overnight in diluted tableware oxygen bleach to clean it. Rinse thoroughly to avoid leaving an odor and dry thoroughly.
• Do not push or remove the net.
• Do not wash with a scrubbing brush or sponge into the teapot. It may damage the net.

Stoneware

• Please use a neutral detergent for cleaning. Do not use sponges with abrasives, metal scrubbers, cleansers, etc. There is a risk of damaging the vessel.
• As the raw material is porcelain clay containing iron powder, black spots may appear on the surface, but please enjoy it as a texture of the product.
• This product uses the texture of the soil as it is. Easy to get oil stains, but you can get off the stains by rubbing with scrubbing brush and neutral detergent.
• You can keep it in the refrigerator/freezer, but sudden temperature changes may cause damage. Please handle with care.
