絞り出し急須 (粉挽き)

日本古来の「絞り出し方式」とは、茶こしを使わず急須のそそぎ口に彫られた筋目（溝）から茶葉の旨味を絞り出す淹れ方です。本来、急須の蓋からお茶が漏れてはいけないことですが、穴を開けて出すという逆転の発想よりこの急須は生まれました。急須の本体と蓋に細かい穴が開いており、昔ながらの粗めに濾したお茶を淹れるのに適しています。茶柱が立つような、お茶を楽しめます。
茶漉しの部分を、裏と表、両方直接洗えるのも良い点の一つです。

粉引は、白色土で下地に化粧掛けし、透明釉を掛けて焼成します。柔らかい風合いが特徴で、茶卓の雰囲気を優しくしてくれます。
黒麗は粘土質で吸水性のない陶土を施しています。内側はガラス質の釉薬がかかって、淡いグレー色です。
落ち着いた雰囲気で、無機質な空間にも合う雰囲気があります。

どちらも、50年以上前から急須用に配合されたオリジナルの陶土を使っております。
茶葉の匂い移りもなく様々な茶葉にお使い頂けます。胴体・蓋共に茶漉しの穴があります。

Shiboridashi Kyusu

• Rinse the used tea leaves with water or hot water, drain well and dry. Occasionally it is more hygienic to dry in the sun light.
• If you're worried about tea stain, soak it overnight in diluted tableware oxygen bleach to clean it. Rinse thoroughly to avoid leaving an odor and dry thoroughly.

Stoneware

• Please use a neutral detergent for cleaning. Do not use sponges with abrasives, metal scrubbers, cleansers, etc. There is a risk of damaging the vessel.
• As the raw material is porcelain clay containing iron powder, black spots may appear on the surface, but please enjoy it as a texture of the product.
• This product uses the texture of the soil as it is. Easy to get oil stains, but you can get off the stains by rubbing with scrubbing brush and neutral detergent.
• You can keep it in the refrigerator/freezer, but sudden temperature changes may cause damage. Please handle with care.
